Janet Rose started the Mindful Remedy to share her practices with the world. Meditation has changed her life for the better and mindfulness and embodiment practices are part of her every day.


The dream behind the Mindful Remedy was to share modern spirituality and make it accessible. The Mindful Remedy loves using mindfulness practices in conjunction with yogic and somatic practices.


Our philosophy is centred on Buddhism meeting modern times. It's not about how much you do or know, it's about how you feel.
