The Mindful Remedy is content created for the now. We get how busy it is out there; how much stress there is in making money, paying bills, and hustling to achieve your dreams.
We also understand the balance of believing and connecting to moon cycles, chakras, and astrology while being an advocate and believer of science and technology.

We offer free guided meditations via Insight Timer and YouTube and are growing our catalogue with courses and illustrated guides and books.
